Stayed for 2 days and did not want to leave, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. I liked the hotel, its fairly quiet and attractive room and affable staff. The venue had a marvellous and decent location closest to the artisan's market.

Our studio apartment was quiet and attractive with exceptionally comfortable beds. Had a shower, hairdryers and towels in the bathroom. Location: the hotel was right by the center of town, the city centre where nightly entertainment happened and the market and other different beauties: )

Nothing all good.

Truly enjoyed my stay, had a very delightful experience. Everything was great with extremely spacious and good rooms. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from a cultural museum. The room all with very different decor. The staff and people generally were very pleasant.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from the center of town, where you can find restaurants, craft shops, and galleries. The staff go above and beyond, providing helpful recommendations for restaurants and even arranging personalized tours of surrounding towns. Additionally, the hotel boasts beautiful grounds and a lovely on-site cafe where guests can enjoy delicious meals. Another added bonus is that the owner hosts piano concerts throughout the year, making it a truly special place to stay.

All was perfect, nothing to improve.

Extremely spacious room, all with very different decor, amicable staff. Had full-length windows and ample closet space. Great setting, near cafés and restaurants. Again, walking distance to a small market.

A little cold room.

This hotel provides excellent value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident in the different decor of each room, making for a unique and interesting stay. The location is also a big plus, as it is close to the artisan market and a short walk away from the center of town. Additionally, the hotel offers a little kitchenette in each room, which is a convenient and nice touch.

All was satisfactory during my stay.

Located close to the city center, Casa Carly is a quaint and beautifully decorated hotel. The courtyard is lovely, and the cafe is a great addition. Our well-stocked kitchenette had a very cold fridge, a microwave, and a gas stove. The bedroom was large with ample closet space, good lighting, and a gas heater for the cool nights. The staff was gracious and helpful, and breakfast was delicious with an excellent choice of fresh produce.

The hotel lacked modern conveniences, and the floors could be quite cold, especially in winter.

Colorful design, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, friendly hosts, beautiful garden.

This hotel is a true gem in the heart of Mexico. The location is perfect, close enough to easily walk to the center of town but in a quieter neighborhood. The staff is top notch and the service is excellent. The rooms are beautifully decorated with different unique styles and the little kitchenette is a great addition.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Great price and good location, perfect for a family vacation. The hotel had a lush garden which was perfect for taking Easter pictures. Plus, there were plenty of books available for my family to enjoy.

The street where the hotel was located was really busy, so it was noisy all the time. , the room was really cold, and there were no extra blankets to use.

The water bottle in the room was a nice touch, and the restaurant had good food with a friendly staff. The location is great for exploring the area, being within walking distance to the market and main square. the gas space heater kept us warm on chilly nights.

The temperature control on the heater didn't work well, making for an annoying and interrupted night's sleep. It was also frustrating to have trouble getting in when we arrived and the bed was shorter than expected.
